Who Are We?
We are an Anglican Church (part of
the Worldwide Anglican Communion) providing contemporary and
relevant worship with strong Biblical teaching for the 21st
Century.
We are active in outreach,
teaching and ministry to young people. Our responsibility is to
the rapidly growing foreign expatriate community in the Algarve.
Our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds and
nationalities who wish to join us on our faith journey of
following Jesus Christ. We welcome visitors who are encouraged
to join us in Worship and in our social activities. We celebrate
Holy Communion every Sunday morning at Almancil at 10:30 and
Lagoa at 11:00.
Our Faith Statement
All Saints Anglican Church follows
a theological tradition, evangelical in emphasis. We consider
scripture to be God’s Word revealed to us. We are faithful
followers of Christ, we affirm the authority of the Bible as a
source of knowledge of God and a guide to doctrine, faith and
Christian living; the majesty of Jesus Christ as the Saviour of
sinful humanity; the guidance of the Holy Spirit; the need for
personal conversion.
Visitors
Please make yourself known, (if we don't introduce ourselves to
you). We have a welcome visitors gift for you, and would like
you to feel especially welcome at All Saints Anglican Church
Algarve. We meet for coffee after the service, and we would like
you to join us. We are famous for our welcome, come and see for
yourself if its true! You may come as a visitor, but you will
leave as a friend.
