Getting "Married" in the Algarve

The law in Portugal does not normally permit a Church marriage service for foreign residents or visitors, but we are happy to arrange Wedding Blessings using an Anglican service (or other appropriate Christian service which can be discussed in advance). What many couples who would like to have an Algarve Wedding do is to have a civil marriage in the UK or Gibraltar, and then their "ceremony" in the Algarve. This offers not only a superb, if not idyllic setting for your celebrations, but also costs which can be substantially lower than the UK

Wedding Planner
